Thick Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Hello! Today I am going to share a recipe with you all! This recipe is a thick chocolate peanut butter shake. It is super thick, creamy, healthy, and easy to make! It is perfect for breakfast and even lunch.

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana (I leave mine out on the counter for a little that way the banana is easier to blend)

2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Protein Powder

1/3 cup of peanut butter (If you are allergic to Peanut Butter You could probably use any other type of nut butter as a substitute)

4 Ice Cubes (if you have small ice cubes use 6)

1/3 cup milk of choice

Directions

Put all of your ingredients in a blender (I use nutribullet blender).

Start blending it all together. If your blender is having trouble blending it, add a little more milk. Keep adding milk until it can blend properly. The more milk you add it will not be as thick so just be careful of how much milk you add to it. Once it is fully blended and the consistency you like, add your favorite toppings (I like to add whipped cream, but you can add whatever you like!) and enjoy!

Hope you all enjoy this recipe! Feel free to download the recipe card above!
