I love animals, Jesus, and playing guitar, ukulele, violin, and piano. I am homeschooled. I have a black and white rabbit named foo-foo, who I post very frequently on my blog. Feel free to check out my blog!
Hello! Today I am going to share a recipe with you all! This recipe is a thick chocolate peanut butter shake. It is super thick, creamy, healthy, and easy to make! It is perfect for breakfast and even lunch.
1 Frozen Banana (I leave mine out on the counter for a little that way the banana is easier to blend)
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Protein Powder
1/3 cup of peanut butter (If you are allergic to Peanut Butter You could probably use any other type of nut butter as a substitute)
4 Ice Cubes (if you have small ice cubes use 6)
1/3 cup milk of choice
Put all of your ingredients in a blender (I use nutribullet blender).
Start blending it all together. If your blender is having trouble blending it, add a little more milk. Keep adding milk until it can blend properly. The more milk you add it will not be as thick so just be careful of how much milk you add to it. Once it is fully blended and the consistency you like, add your favorite toppings (I like to add whipped cream, but you can add whatever you like!) and enjoy!
Hope you all enjoy this recipe! Feel free to download the recipe card above!
Happy national bubble tea day!! Today is the day to use as an excuse to go get yourself some bubble tea! If you have not tried it or do not know what it is, bubble tea (also known as milk tea or boba tea) is tea with milk and chewy tapioca pearls on the bottom!
That’s all I have to say! lol I have a post for Tuesday so keep your eye out for that! Have a great day!
Hey, Hope you all are having a great day! Today I am sharing animals I would want to own someday as a pet. Now I don’t think I will end up owning all of these (especially not all at the same time) but who knows.
New Foundland. I love these dogs and I love how big and fluffy they are, plus they get along with everyone. Now because of their size, this would be a maybe but it would definitely be on the list of dogs I would get.
An older dog. I would love to just go and get an older dog from a shelter or one that might end up in the shelter if someone does not take it. I like older dogs, I think they deserve to have a happy rest of their lives and not have to live in a shelter for the rest of their life.
Cockatiel. I love these birds and they have such a huge personality! I have done a lot of research on parrots and I feel like these would be the perfect match for me.
Sheep. I love sheep! They are so cute and fun to watch! I don’t know if I would breed and sell or keep only a couple. But I would like to have some.
Barn Cats. Obviously, if I have sheep I will probably end up having a barn. I would want barn cats because I know a lot of people are allergic to cats so if they are outside you don’t have to worry about allergies. I know some people don’t like animals staying outside, but the cats (max of 3) will have all of their shots and spayed/neutered, and they will have a barn for bad weather.
Rabbit. I have a rabbit right now, and I love her! Rabbits are great pets and are super social and friendly. I would definitely want to get another one in the future.
Koi Fish (if I have a pond). Koi fish are so cute and fun to watch. If I end up having a pond I would definitely get some koi.
Those are all of the animals. Obviously I would not be able to get all of these if I do not have a large property so we will see what happens in the future! What type of pets do you want? Have a nice day!
Today I am going to share some tips for musicians. These tips will work pretty well with most instruments.
When someone is wanting to learn a new song they tend to play it at the right tempo, and then they make a ton of mistakes. To avoid making a bunch of mistakes, practice slowly. Then after you know all of the rhythm, notes, dynamics, etc. you can play it at the correct tempo.
Know Your Scales
When I started to learn the scales, I was like, “well, this is stupid,” But later on, I learned that I will actually use the scales in several songs. It also helps a lot with sight-reading. So trust me when I say they are not stupid, and you will be using them in a lot of songs. If you want more advanced scales than just the C scale, D scale, etc, check out Hanon. It is a book that has scales for more advanced musicians and helps with classical songs. Here is the LINK.
Quality over Quantity when Practicing
I have heard a couple of stories where people practice a lot but do not make any improvement. That is probably because they are repeating the same mistake over and over and not fixing their mistakes. If you think about it, you are your teacher. You just go to a teacher once a week to help learn new things and improve. But during the week you should be fixing your mistakes. If you don’t know how to fix your mistake, go online and look up how to do what you are struggling with, or text your teacher and ask for some advice (I’m sure they would give it to you). Just remember, even though it is very important to practice a lot, make sure you are doing it right and fixing your mistakes.
Spread Out Your Practice
If it is difficult for you to sit down and practice for thirty minutes straight, try spreading it out. If you go to school, practice once in the morning for ten minutes, then another ten minutes when you get home, and ten more minutes a night. This will make it much easier to get in practice time if you struggle with playing for a long time.
If You are Learning an Instrument Make Sure it is Good Quality
This is a super common mistake a lot of people make. Someone wants to learn an instrument, and they go out and buy the cheapest one they can find. Don’t do that! I understand that instruments are expensive (trust me I know), but it will not help you learn that instrument. For one, the instrument will not sound as good, and you will make several mistakes when playing because of the quality. When I started violin, I borrowed a violin, and let me tell you, that violin was not very good quality. It started to fall apart (the owner was not mad and did not care because the violin was cheap) which made me very frustrated. But when I got a new violin it sounded better and was not falling apart. The better quality of an instrument you have the more likely you will be more motivated to practice. If you can not afford to buy a nice quality instrument, look at used ones. People are always giving out their instruments, and most of the time they are of good quality. Try looking online on Facebook or eBay.
I hope you found some of these tips helpful! If you have any questions feel free to ask! Also, feel free to share some of your own tips! I would love to hear them! Check out this post for more tips!
Hello! Hope your day is going well! Today I am going to share some dog breeds I would not get as a pet. This does not mean I don’t like these dogs because I do like most of them. I just would not want to own one of these dogs for their entire life because of how high maintenance most of these dogs are.
These dogs are so cute! I like hanging out with them, but I have heard and seen way too many things happen to these dogs. I know of a beagle who ran away and got hit by a car and a hound mix who also got hit by a car. This is very sad and I personally, would not want to deal with that. They are also very stubborn and have a high prey drive, which is one reason why these dogs run away and end up getting hit.
I have had a ton of experience with these dogs, so I know for a fact that I do not want one of these dogs. The main reason I don’t want one of these dogs is because of how often they bark. I would probably go insane if the dog would not listen and would keep barking. They are also not the greatest with children, and I would want a dog who is known for being friendly towards everyone.
If you did not know, these dogs are known for being military/police dogs. So right there is a red flag because you know that they will require a ton of training. I have heard many stories of people getting these dogs and taking them to training right as soon as they got them, but they still become aggressive when they got older. The reason why these dogs become aggressive is that they need a job to do. And if they are not given a job they will start to become aggressive. Personally, I don’t think I would be able to handle one of these dogs.
Huskys have such a funny personality and are so cute! While they are cute and funny they are very stubborn. which makes it very difficult to train them. They howl and whine a ton (they don’t tend to bark a lot), and that would get very annoying (to me personally). So I probably will not end up getting one of these dogs.
They are pretty self-explanatory. These dogs tend to be very aggressive and only like their owner. I would like a dog that is friendly towards everyone and not just its family or one person. They also have an annoying bark (most little dogs do). I do know that there are a couple friendly Chihuahuas but I would not want to risk that.
That is all of the dogs. Again, It’s not that don’t like these dogs because I do like most of them. I have dog sat a lot of them and I know that I would not want one of these dogs. I hope you enjoyed reading this post! What are some dog breeds you would not want as a pet?
Hello! I hope your day is going fantastic! Today I will be sharing my mug collection. Now I don’t drink coffee every day… yet, but probably someday I will.😅 That is one reason why I have all of these mugs, well… and because they are cute.
First up is my mermaid mug. I got this mug in San Diego.
I got this mug for my birthday from my parents. They got it for me because I like to sleep in (but who doesn’t lol?!).
I got this shook mug from Hobby Lobby. It was on sale so that is why I bought it.
My unicorn cup with a unicorn spoon and top.
My Chicago mug. Guess where I got this mug. lol
This is my Dunkin’ cup. If you did not know, I love Dunkin’ coffee so I got this cute mug from Dunkin’.
The inside of it.
Next up is another unicorn mug(shocker I know). This is my first unicorn mug, and it sadly has small cracks all over it. I don’t know how it got those. I didn’t even drop it.
That is all of my mugs! Hope you enjoyed this post!
Many people have dogs who run away. I have a dog that likes to run away as well, so I have experience chasing dogs and trying to prevent my dog to not run away. Sadly, over three million dogs run away each year. So that is why I am doing this post to try to prevent dogs from running away.
Work on Recall training
Probably one of the reasons why dogs run away is because they don’t come when called. A way you can help them come back is to work on recall training. You think “My dog is too old” if your dog can hear and see then no, it is not too old. The first step of recall training is to get a very special treat that you never give them (liver sausage works great). Next, go outside and have them on a long leash. Use one word to come to you (I like to use the word come). Now say that word once and they will most likely come to you right away because you have that yummy treat. If they don’t you may have to show them the treat. Keep repeating this and associate the word come with the yummy treat. Do not use the word come (or whatever word you used) all the time only use it when they are in danger, running away, or you don’t know where they are. All the other times you call them just use their name or some sound.
Give Your Dog a Fun Toy When You Leave
If your dog likes to escape when you leave your house try giving them a fun, new toy, or a treat puzzle. This will make them focused on that fun toy/treat puzzle and not want to get out and run to you or just run away.
Put Your Dog Away If You Can’t Watch Them
If you are having a party, doing work, or having friends over, put the dog away from where they can not escape. If you are having people over and doors are opening all the time put them away. This will decrease the chance of them running away. Once everyone is settled, then it is an okay time to let them out to meet the guest. If your dog likes to jump on people I would recommend putting them on a leash that way you can control them.
Make Sure They Get Plenty of Energy Out
I’ve noticed the majority of dogs that run away are dogs that have a ton of energy and a high prey drive. If you get out most of their energy they will not have a reason to get out and run. For them not to have as much energy try your best to make sure they get that energy out. There are a couple ways you can get their energy out. Try going on a long walk/run with them. It is both good for you and the dog to go on a walk. Another way is simply playing with them. Find one of their favorite toys to play with them. And eventually, they will get tired and lay down for a nap.
Invest in a Dog Tracker
If your dog tends to run away a ton or likes to wander around your neighborhood, it might be a good idea to invest in a dog tracker. This way if the dog runs away you will be able to find them right away and assure that they are safe. Here are some links to some dog trackers.
I hope you found this post helpful! If you have any questions about dogs running away, or recall training, go ahead and ask them in the comments! Have a good day!

If you did not know I am homeschooled. So I hear a lot of homeschool stereotypes, and sometimes they are kinda true and most of the time they are not. Today I am going to share some of them with you and tell you if they are true or not.
“Homeschoolersdon’t socialize”. This is probably the most popular Stereotype about homeschooling. And I’ll be straightforward… this is not true at all. Out of anything we have more time to socialize with other people.
“Homeschoolers don’t get a proper education.” This is not true. We get a great education. Especially if you are using a good curriculum. And we have more time to learn about things too!
Only Religious people Homeschool. I know a lot of religious people do homeschooling, but there is also a ton of people who are not religious and homeschool their kids. Most people homeschool their kids because 1. they (the parents) don’t trust the public school system, 2. they want to teach their kids the things that they believe are right. Even if you send your kids to a private school, there not always going to teach the same thing that the parents agree with.
Homeschoolers are weird. For some reason, people think this. I have met several normal homeschoolers and some ‘different’ homeschoolers. But just because someone is ‘different’ does not mean you need to ignore them or call them weird. Most of the time those people are very nice. They just have different personalities. That’s all. And if I am being honest everyone is different, so don’t be calling just homeschoolers weird.
Homeschoolers play all day. Again not true. We do have extra time but there comes a time when we have to do school. Some curriculums you can finish faster. Mine it takes till at least 2:00 P.M.
Homeschoolers only do Unschooled. If you don’t know what unschooled is, it is pretty much where the child chooses when they want to learn. People think that all homeschoolers do this type of homeschooling. And that is not true. I only know one family who has done this (and I have met a lot of homeschool families in my life).
Homeschooled teens will miss out on the ‘high school experience’. I sometimes laugh at this one because the high school experience is sometimes not that great. Sure, you will miss out on the dances (there are homeschool dances if you are into that), but think of all the bad things that happen in high school. I know because my brother went for two classes at a 3,000+ public high school. So this one is not that big of a deal.
Hope you enjoyed reading this! If you have any questions about homeschooling, more stereotypes you want me to debunk, or you just want to chat about homeschooling, Go ahead and comment. Also, if you like homeschool posts please tell me because I can post more of them. Hope you have a great day!
I love coffee. Specifically iced coffee. When I have a free drink at Dunkin’ or Starbucks I always get a cold brew with cold foam. Because it can be kinda pricy for cold brews with cold foam, I have started to make it myself at home. It is very simple to make cold foam and it is delicious!
All you need to make Cold Sweet Foam is
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
dash of vanilla
All you have to do to make sweet cold foam is put all of the ingredients into a cup or bowl and froth them together.
If you don’t have a hand frother you can use a hand mixer. Once it is nice a fluffy add on top of your cold brew and enjoy!
Don’t have cream in the house, or you don’t like to add sugar to things. Don’t worry! It will still work! It just won’t be as creamy and as sweet. Personally, I think it tastes fine without sugar.
If you are dairy-free you can make this with oat milk. Just replace the milk and cream with 1/4 cup of oat milk. It tastes just as good!
Here are recipe cards you can download in case you want to make sweet cold foam.
Feel free to download the recipe cards above! Have a nice day!
I recently updated my blog logo because I felt like my blog need an update. I got a tablet with a pen (so I could do digital art) and I created this rainbow! I know this is a very simple logo, but I like simple looks which is why I did this. Here is the logo!
It may change again, but this is what it is going to look like for now. If you have my button feel free to change it to this, but do not feel like you have to.
Hope your day is going fantastic! Today I am going to be sharing some pictures I took while I was in Flordia. At the beginning of December, my family and my grandparents went to Flordia for my grandparent’s fiftieth anniversary. We were there for five days. It was a ton of fun! I got to go to five different beaches, eat new food, go on a boat on the lake, and see a ton of new places. Here are the photos. I will put context for some of them. Prepare yourself to see many sunset photos.
The rest of the photos were taken at Myakka River state park.
Those are all of the photos! I hope you enjoyed looking at them! Have you been to Flordia?
Many people love pets. In fact, about 67% of people in America own a pet. Maybe, you own a pet, or maybe it’s a family pet, or you don’t have a pet and you are trying to figure out what type of pet you want. Well, today I am going to try to help you with that!
Now here are some questions you can answer to yourself and match up your answers with different types of pets. Now, remember this is not 100% accurate.
How much researchare you willing to do? Before getting a pet you are going to want to do a ton of research. For the past two years, I have been liking birds and I have been doing a ton of research on them. I have even found out that some bird breeds just are not for me. Definitely do your research, and maybe you will find out you like the animal or that type of animal is not for you. Another great way to find out if you like the animal is to babysit it. Maybe you want a bearded dragon. Try to find someone who would let you babysit it when they are on vacation. Then you will really find out if you like that type of pet or not.
How much free time do you have during the day? If you are gone most of the day then a dog or a bird may not be the best pet for you. Now you could get a pet walker to come and walk your dog. With a bird, they need lots of attention and training. And it’s wrong to leave them in the cage all day long. Some great pets if you are gone most of the day would be a hamster, a rabbit (I’ll talk more about rabbits), a fish, a frog, or a cat. Now if you are home most of the day, a dog or some animal that needs a lot more attention might be a great pet for you!
How much training and cleaning are you willing to spend? All animals require some type of cleaning, but not all you can train. If you like/don’t mind cleaning then that is great because all animals require cleaning. If you don’t want to train your animal that may be a problem because a lot of animals require some training. Now, you can hire people to train, but I feel like you would not have as much of a connection/bond with your pet. If you don’t like to clean, then maybe dogs, cats, rabbits, birds extra are not for you. And If you don’t like to train then maybe fish or a frog might be a nice choice for you.
How many years are willing to commit? There are a lot of animals that live for a long time and some outlive their owner. If you are not willing to commit to the rest of the pet’s life then you should not get that pet. Sadly, sometimes people will buy a puppy (or any pet that lives over five years), and then when it gets old, they will give it to the shelter because it is old. That is just wrong and they should have not gotten the puppy in the first place. Imagine how confused the dog is. The dog has lived with that family since it was a puppy and then suddenly it is put in a new home. Some pets that live a long time are: Parrots, some breeds of dogs, tortoises, cats, and even some fish live a long time. Now say you just want a pet for a little while. Some pets that don’t live a long time are: hamsters, guinea pigs, chameleons, and zebra finches.
I would say the best way to figure out if that pet is right for you, is by researching. Trust me, you can never do too much research on a pet you are going to get. The more you know about that pet the better you are going to know if it will be a good pet for you. Never impulsively buy a pet. Hope you learned something new or have a better idea of what pet is right for you!
Hope you are all having a fantastic day! It just snowed recently by my house so I decided to take pictures. Right before I was going to go out to take pictures I saw some deer so I took some pictures of them too.
That is all for this post! I hope you enjoyed looking at these photos!
