Thick Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Hello! Today I am going to share a recipe with you all! This recipe is a thick chocolate peanut butter shake. It is super thick, creamy, healthy, and easy to make! It is perfect for breakfast and even lunch.

1 Frozen Banana (I leave mine out on the counter for a little that way the banana is easier to blend)

2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Protein Powder

1/3 cup of peanut butter (If you are allergic to Peanut Butter You could probably use any other type of nut butter as a substitute)

4 Ice Cubes (if you have small ice cubes use 6)

1/3 cup milk of choice

Put all of your ingredients in a blender (I use nutribullet blender).

Start blending it all together. If your blender is having trouble blending it, add a little more milk. Keep adding milk until it can blend properly. The more milk you add it will not be as thick so just be careful of how much milk you add to it. Once it is fully blended and the consistency you like, add your favorite toppings (I like to add whipped cream, but you can add whatever you like!) and enjoy!

Hope you all enjoy this recipe! Feel free to download the recipe card above!

Chocolate Peppermint Frappuccino

For today’s Christmas post, I am going to share how to make a chocolate peppermint frappuccino! You can get these at Starbucks, but since I have not been going there (and they’re very pricey) I have not had any. So I made this recipe that way I don’t have to go there to get it. This drink is easy to make, and almost everyone has these ingredients.

1 serving

  • 6 table spoons of milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate chips (you can add as many as you would like)
  • (optional) Sugar/Healthy sugar 1 tablespoon

Add all of your ingredients into a blender. Then blend it all. If the ice still will not blend, try adding a little bit of milk and mix it around. If you still have little chunks, you could always take out the chunks and drink the rest. Also, if the drink is not sweet enough for you, then you can add some sugar and blend again. Now add your favorite toppings! I like whipped cream and chocolate chips.

our event calendar is in the background. (:
I decided to put it into a little cup because we did not have a lot of whipped cream.

I hope you enjoy this recipe! Do you like Chocolate Peppermint Frappuccino?

Easy Chocolate Mug Cake

Today I am going to share an easy chocolate mug cake recipe! Anyone can make it, and it only take about two minutes. I have made it a couple times. They are great if you want a little snack!

Chocolate Mug Cake

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (almond milk works fine too)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon coco powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon baking soda

Melt your butter in the microwave. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients and make sure you get the stuff on the bottom of the mug. Now microwave for 1 minute. Remove it out of the microwave, and then you can add a topping like frosting, whipped cream, and Nutella.
