How To Make Cold Sweet Foam

I love coffee. Specifically iced coffee. When I have a free drink at Dunkin’ or Starbucks I always get a cold brew with cold foam. Because it can be kinda pricy for cold brews with cold foam, I have started to make it myself at home. It is very simple to make cold foam and it is delicious!

All you need to make Cold Sweet Foam is

  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • dash of vanilla

All you have to do to make sweet cold foam is put all of the ingredients into a cup or bowl and froth them together.

This is what it looks like before becoming a foam-like texture. The brown liquid is vanilla.
Frothing it up!
Final product! Nice and foamy!

If you don’t have a hand frother you can use a hand mixer. Once it is nice a fluffy add on top of your cold brew and enjoy!

Don’t have cream in the house, or you don’t like to add sugar to things. Don’t worry! It will still work! It just won’t be as creamy and as sweet. Personally, I think it tastes fine without sugar.

If you are dairy-free you can make this with oat milk. Just replace the milk and cream with 1/4 cup of oat milk. It tastes just as good!

Here are recipe cards you can download in case you want to make sweet cold foam.

Feel free to download the recipe cards above! Have a nice day!

Picture of Deer In Snow

Hope you are all having a fantastic day! It just snowed recently by my house so I decided to take pictures. Right before I was going to go out to take pictures I saw some deer so I took some pictures of them too.

The deer
I don’t know what he is looking at. lol
Can you find the deer? That is my treehouse on the right.
Well hello there.
“Running” *in the Forest Gump voice*

That is all for this post! I hope you enjoyed looking at these photos!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone!!

I am very excited for this year because of all the fun activities that are coming in the future! Here are some goals of mine I would like to do in 2022. Some of them I would not exactly call a resolution, so that is why I am calling it a goal.

Make Swiss or Italian meringue buttercream. I have been wanting to do this for two years now, and I have just been procrastinating it off. 😬 Hopefully I will do it this year!

Go to summer camp twice. I have a lot of friends at my camp so it is always fun to go to summer camp. That is why I am hoping to go twice, if not that is okay. But I would love to go twice.

Get a job. I am turning sixteen this year (in September), so I really want to get a job to make some money for college. I decided I am not going to procrastinate it off and I am just going to apply for a job shortly after my sixteenth birthday.

Start Driver Ed. I am fifteen right now and have not started drivers Ed. I should probably start it soon if I want to drive in the future. lol

Those are all of my goals! I wish you all the best 2022!

What I Got For Christmas

I hope you all had a great Christmas! I know I did! I posted twelve Christmas posts, so if you want to check them out here are all of the links.

I recently did a poll asking if you guys wanted to see what I got for Christmas, and it was all yeses.

I am not intentionally bragging. I have never done one of these types of posts before for that reason. I know a lot of people like these kinds of posts so that is why I am making this ( I also like these posts as well. If you did one comment the link 😉)

So here is what I got for Christmas.

I got a Bubble Tea Kit. If you did not know, I LOVE bubble tea! This is from my grandparents.
Instant boba. All you have to do is microwave them and they are cooked. I already tried one and it is so good! This is from my parents.
Mini Waffle Bowl Maker. This is from my parents.
Love this cup! Kinda true though. This is from my parents.
Headphones. They work very well! My younger brother gave it to me.
A purse I picked out while I was with my grandma. I have been wanting a purse just like this so when I saw It, knew it was the one. lol
Some Books. The first book is from my grandparents, and the rest is from my older brother.
A nail lamp from my mom, bath bombs from my grandparents, and a violin hanger from my older brother. *I am not going to hang the one I play on. I have a cheap pink one I am going to decorate.*
Some of my stocking stuffers. I also got candy. 😋

My younger brother also paid for me and my older brother to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) - IMDb

I also got some sweat pants and some shirts from my grandparents.

That is all for this post! Hope you enjoyed reading it! What was your favorite thing you got for Christmas? Have a great day!

Christmas Music | Played By Faye and Raegan

Hope your day is going fantastic! Today I am going to share some Christmas songs me and Faye (From Meet Me in the Meadow). Faye played the flute and I played the violin and piano.

Here are the songs we did together!

Here are some songs just played by me on piano.

Hope you enjoyed listening to these songs! Have a great day!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope your day is going great!

Today I got up and my dad drove me to Dunkin’. I bought an iced caramel macchiato which was delicious.

Who knows what we will do for lunch we might skip it or eat leftovers. lol For dinner I and my mom’s family are all going to go out to Denny’s to eat dinner. Yes, Dennys. It is a family tradition. Yeah, so that is what my will kind of look like.

Here are five things I am thankful for and why, since it is THANKSgiving.

  1. My Rabbit is healthy and alive. For that past two years now, every september, it would kinda get sick which I would freak out then. But thankfuly every single time she recovered. So I am very grateful my rabbit is alive.
  2. I got to start violin lessons and I got my first violin. If you did not know I started violin lessons this year. I have been wanting to play violin forever (here is a post if you are intrested in all of the details), so I am extremely grateful that I got to start this year.
  3. All of the traveling I have goten to do. This year me and my family have gone on many trips. Even though driving in the car can get tiresome, it is always worth it at the end.
  4. My family is (pretty much) healthy. Last year was kinda rough with Covid. Me and my family all got it last year, and some of us had some other health isues. I am very grateful that none of us are sick.
  5. My church is still open. I know some churches are closing and opening because of covid, and my church only closed when covid first happened. It’s nice to go some where, were you don’t have to worry about covid “stuff”.

That is it for today! I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! What are you thankful for?

I Got a Violin!

Hey, I just got a violin and I wanted to share some pics with you all!

Since I was in first grade I always wanted to play the violin. My parents told me I had to become better at the piano before I learned another instrument. When I was 12 I decided to play guitar since I did not have a violin or a violin teacher. Then this spring my new piano teacher knew how to play the violin, and told me she could teach me. I decided that I would borrow a violin and play throughout the summer and see if I liked it and if I wanted to keep going. Well… I did like it (even though I am not the greatest at it) so I bought a violin! Here are some pictures!

It looks much darker in person.

Here is the link if you want to check it out! https://fiddlershop.com/collections/violins/products/fiddlerman-concert-deluxe-violin-outfit

The violin sounds so much better than the one I was borrowing, and it’s just easier to play in general. The only downside was it was much darker than the pictures. I thought it was going to be much lighter. Now, that’s not a huge deal for me (because I still think it is pretty and I am not going to return it), but I know some people are very picky about how they want their instrument to look.

I might be posting some violin music on my youtube channel. Keep your eye out for that.😉 Have a great day!

Fall Photos | 2021

Hey! Hope you are having a great day! I just went a short nature walk and took a bunch of photos, and wanted to share it with you all! Surprisingly, there is still a lot of green on some of the trees, but I am sure the leaves will fall off soon.

We found a toad!
He’s jumping and some how I got it in a photo. lol

I hope you enjoyed looking at these photos! I might post some more photos soon (keep your eye out for that😉). It will probably be more pictures of leaves.

How To Handle Stage Fright

Hey guys! Today I am going to share how I handle performing in front of people. I barely know anyone who does NOT get nervous when performing in front of other people. So don’t feel like you are the only one who gets nervous because you aren’t. I am now my church’s pianist, so I do have a lot of experience with performing on stage. These tips I have learned throughout the years and have helped me when I am nervous. This is not just for performing music, it will work for pretty much anything you perform in front of people.

Person Playing Red Electric Guitar

Focus on your music. Whatever you do, do not look away from the music/ instrument, because you might (probably) mess up. I know I mess up all the time if I look away from the music. This also stops you from looking at the crowd of people watching you. If you just focus on your music, it will solve a lot of problems.

Man Playing Cielo

Don’t think you will mess up. I sometimes think before I go up to play that I am going to mess up. Don’t think that! It’s just going to make you mess up. You need to trust yourself. Try your best to stay away from the negative thoughts, those thoughts are going to mess with you and make you mess up.

Woman in White Dress Standing on Black Floor

Stay calm as possible. I know it is hard for a lot of people to stay calm, but if you start to get anxious it’s going to make you mess up. The people in the audience are going to know that you are anxious if you show it. Try your best to stay calm, and you will be fine!

Woman Singing on Stage

Be prepared. Whether you are performing in a play or playing an instrument, know what you are doing. If you don’t know your music very well, you are most likely going to mess up. Plus, if you do know your music (or whatever you are performing) you will not be as nervous because you will have more confidence.

I hoped you learned some new tips! Have a great day!

Pumpkin Cinnamon Dog Treats

Today I am going to share a dog treat recipe! These treats are perfect for fall, super easy to make, and your dog will love them! If you make these I would recommend to use all natural ingredients because you do not want your dog getting sick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a can 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/2 table spoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Table Spoons Peanut Butter
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together. It should be like a dough. Its okay if it is a little sticky, but If it is still very sticky add more flour. Put your dough in to molds. I use (picture below) these, but I am sure you could use something else. Now bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The longer you let them bake the harder they will get. If your dog likes its treats softer take them out earlier. Once they are done baking take them out, let them cool and feed one to your dog!

I would recommend storing these treats in the fridge because they will last longer.

This is the mold I used.

Thanks for reading my post! Do you like to make dog treats?

“No Not One”, “I Run To Christ”, And “Savior Like A Shepard Lead Us” Played on Piano

Hello! I hope you are having a nice day! About a month ago, I did a post called “My Summer Bucket list.” On the list was uploading more music to YouTube. And well… I did! I uploaded three more songs, and I am hoping to add more! Here they are!

I have been recently learning new hymns because my church does not have a piano player anymore. For a couple of months, it’s been guitars leading the singing (I play guitar, but now I play piano and guitar. Slowly making my way to playing piano all the time) well… *laughs in frustration* let’s just say, the guitars do not lead as well as piano. So yeah… that’s what I am working on right now. If you know any tips for hymn playing please tell me. I would love to read them (more like need to read them).

The last song is “Savior Like A Shepard Lead Us”. I am playing this song for my camp’s music competition.

Hope you enjoyed listening to those songs! Keep your eye out for new videos!

What To Do When You See A Service Dog

What To Do When You See A Service Dog.png
This Dog is not wearing a service dog vest, but it was the only free photo I could find of a service dog.

Hello! Today I am going to write about service dogs. Service dogs are very helpful for people who have a disability. They can help in so many ways. Some of the ways are: Picking up things, Guiding the blind, opening doors, and can even tell if you have high or low blood sugar (those are called diabetic alert dogs). Now that you know that service dogs are a big help to people, I am going to share what you should do if you see a dog service dog out in public.

DO NOT PET THE DOG! There is a reason why the dogs have a “do not pet” sign on their vest. It’s not because the dog is mean, and they would not be aggressive otherwise the dog could not be a service animal because then people could be at risk of getting hurt. It because it could distract the dog from helping their owner, and if you distract them from their owner, the owner could easily get hurt.

Don’t make noises that could distract the dog. This is kind of the same thing as petting you don’t want the dog to be distracted away from its owner. The best thing to do is just ignore the dog. I know, I know, dogs are cute and you want to say aww, but trust me the best thing for the owner and the dog is just to be quiet and not to distract the dog.

Don’t make any rude comments. What I mean by this is don’t say “Get your dog away from me before it bites me”, or “I have allergies”. I know not everyone has had a great experience with dogs, but service dogs are nice dogs and will not attack you. They go through two years of training so don’t worry about the dog attacking you. If you have allergies, just ovoid being near the dog, or if you on a plane take an allergy pill.

If you see a dog, with the service dog vest on, approaching you, FOLLOW THE DOG. That could mean the owner is hurt, and the dog is trying to get some help. So follow the dog and see if its owner needs help.

Next time you see a service dog with its owner just ignore it, because the owner could be depending on its life on the dog. You don’t want to be the reason why someone was to get hurt. I hope you found this post informational! Have a nice day!

Video Game Recommendations | Collab With Faye From Meet Me In The Meadow

Video game RECOMMENDATIONS.png

Hello! Today I did a collab with Faye from Meet Me In The Meadow. Here is the link to her blog. https://fayescountlesscreatures.home.blog/

Faye’s Game Recommendations

  • World of Warcraft- This game is an online mmp (massive multiplayer) game. You do have to pay for it, and there is two versions, the retail version and the classic version. I play the classic version with my dad. You have to level up your character, which can be any of these (pictures below): There are a few different goals in the game, you can join a guild and level up to raid with your guild, and work on getting on the world guild leaderboard. You can also just go it alone and level up to be strong and have fun.
  • Minecraft– You build with blocks. What’s your favorite thing to do on Minecraft? Do you play in creative or survival?
  • Roblox– Roblox has thousands of games on it. And it’s free to make an account and start playing! I like to play a bunch of different games, but I have my own game and group that keeps me pretty busy.

Raegan’s Game Recommendations

  • Asphalt 9– If you like racing games you will probably love this game. Pretty much you just race, in you choice of car, against other people (your friends, computer, or other real players).
  • Moomoo.io– This is my favorite online game. You collect resources (stone, wood, apples, and gold) then you choose your weapons and fight other player and join teams to fight against other teams. Now the only thing about this game is that there are hackers (don’t hack not cool), which makes the server crash (sometimes not all the time), and some of them are hard to kill, but its still a fun game and would totally recommend playing this game.
  • Paper.io– This game is a ton of fun. The goal to get most of the map (look at the photo), and destroy everyone else. I prefer team game mode, because it is easier to win. SO defiantly give this game a try.
Screenshot 2021-06-21 2.10.40 PM.png
  • Hole.io– In this game you are a hole and you have to try to swallow everything and the things that you swallow are points. The more things you swallow the bigger you get. The goal is to try to get the most points. Defiantly recommend trying this game its a lot of fun.

Hope you enjoyed this post! You should try to some of these games, and if you do tell me what you think! Have a nice day!

My Favorite TV Shows

Today I am going to share my top favorite TV shows. I actually do not watch too many TV shows. But when it comes to these shows, I could watch them all day long.

The Amazing World Of Gumball. You guys… This show is so funny, and great almost my whole family likes to watch this show. This show is about a middle schooler who lives in Elmore with his family. You can find this TV show on Hulu and Cartoon Network.

Tangled the Series. I have watched both seasons of this show and love it so much! Tangled is my favorite Disney princess movie, so it makes sense why I like it. It is a kid’s show but… I still think it’s a good show. If you love Tangled the movie, then you will probably like this series. You can find it on Disney Plus.

Be Cool Scooby-Doo. When I tell people that this is one of my favorite shows, they are like, “Ew no, Scooby Doo.” but guys, this is way better than the original corny Scooby-Doo. It still has some of those corny jokes, but the jokes are actually funny. The animation is much different than the original, but I like it. And the voices of the characters are all played by the original Scooby-Doo cast. You can watch the first episode for free on Boomerang. https://watch.boomerang.com/watch/3/1

Little House on the Prairie. This is a classic TV show a lot of people have probably seen. It is so much fun to watch, except some of the episodes are a little dramatic, you could say. But otherwise, it is a great TV show to watch with the family. I was working through the series, but I don’t know if I will finish it ): (there is a lot of episodes).

Cake Wars. This is my favorite baking TV show. I love to bake cakes, so this TV show is a lot of fun to watch. In the show, a couple of bakers compete to see who has the better cake, and they always have fun themes they have to follow (like monopoly, Dr. Seuss, The Grinch and the list goes on). Defiantly recommend this show if you love baking shows. Sadly they have not posted any new episodes since 2017, but they still have a lot of episodes.

Those are my favorite TV Shows. I know it is not a lot but maybe in the future I will do another one of these posts with more shows that I found and liked. Do you like any of these shows? What’s your favorite TV show?

My Summer Bucket List

Today I am going to share my summer bucket list. I am not going to pressure my self to do to many of the things, because I will have a busy schedule with music, camp, sports, etc.

  • Make Icecream (I just got an ice cream maker, I may do a post on it (;)!
  • Go to the lake.
  • Do my first Violin special for church.
  • Make a cake with Chocolate ganache in the middle.
  • Go horseback riding (I already went horseback riding a week ago, but I would love to do it again if possible.)
  • Maybe Get a African dwarf Frog. If you did not know, I love toads and frogs. I think it would be cool to have one of these frogs as a pet. If you know any information or you have had an African dwarf frog as a pet please let me know what you think of them.
  • Make lemonade. 😋🍋
  • Finish “The Avengers” with my friend.
  • Start a new art project.
  • Make a frog themed cake.
  • Earn some money.
  • Do a piano special for church.
  • Eat Watermelon.
  • Upload some more music on YouTube.

Those are all of my goals/things I would like to do in summer. Also, I am almost done with school so hopefully I will be able to have a regular posting schedule for my blog. What are somethings you want to do in summer? Have a great day!

May’s Planner

Today I am going to share my planner for may, that I got from my mom and dad at Easter. This is kind of my first time planning my days. I had one for school back in 2019, but that was just for keeping track of school and not activities.

Here is the front of the planner.
Here is the first page.

I decided to add an extra page for monthly goals. For some reason the title is a little weirdly worded (I guess I was not thinking straight. lol). And the last goal I am trying to keep my wheat grass alive and the little face is supposed to be this emoji 😐.
Here is the next page.
I messed up on the days, and then I tried to fix it. lol
Here is a sneak peak of my week.

I had a lot of fun planning my week and I am hoping to do this for the rest of the year. Do you have a planner?

Tips For Beginner Musicians

I hope you are doing great! Today I am going to share some tips for beginner musicians. I play the piano, guitar, ukulele, and… I am learning the violin (I’m very excited😜)🎉!! So I do have experience playing instruments. If you’re leaning the piano, flute, violin, etc then these tips will hopefully help you!

This is a phone background I made. You are welcome to use it. It is a reminder for you to practice when you turn on your phone or go to your home page. (;

PRACTICE! When most people first learn an instrument, they have some motivation to practice because you’re doing something new and exciting! But after a while, the instrument might get a little boring. If that does happen set about 15-30 minutes to practice. It’s okay to miss one day, but remember you are not going to get better at any instrument if you do not practice.

Close-Up Photo Of Person Playing Piano

Don’t give up! Just because you are not getting it right away, does not mean you should give up. I know a lot of people give up the guitar because it hurts their fingers or they are not getting how to put their fingers on the right fret. That kind of stuff can be fixed. If you practice 15 minutes every day, you will eventually get calluses on your figures, and then it will not hurt while you play the guitar. If your figures still hurt after 15 minutes of practicing, then try 10 minutes, then go up to 15 minutes. Now sometimes it is just hard for some people to learn a specific instrument. And after a while, you feel like you still don’t get it you could quit. Now don’t feel bad about quitting. Maybe the instrument was just not meant for you!

Brass Trumpet With Musical Notes

Play music you enjoy playing. This if you don’t like to practice. Learning a piece that you enjoy playing/listening to will make your practice more! Now A lot of people make the mistake of only playing music they know how to play. Now, if you want to get good at an instrument, you are going to have to learn the difficult thing about the instrument. Just playing what you know how to play is not the greatest, but it is always a good review on the things you already know.

Person Playing Cello

Find a teacher you get along with. This will defiantly help want to practice and to be excited to go to your lessons, because if you don’t get along with your teacher, then you probably will not be as motivated to practice (and there is another reason why some people quit their instrument). If you feel like this teacher is not right for you and you guys just are not getting along try a new teacher. When looking for a teacher, ask around and see what other people say about that person before you start lessons with them.

Hope you found these helpful! Do you play an instrument? Do you want to play an instrument?
